9 Point Agenda for discussion in the Standing Committee of National Council (JCM) having burining issues of Central Government Staff of India

As per All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) website, the Secretary, Staff Side  National Council (JCM) has sent a letter dated 09.04.2014 to the Chairman,  Standing Committee, National Council (JCM), South Block,  New Delhi  regarding 9 Point Agenda for discussion in the Standing Committee of National Council (JCM) having burning issues of Central Government Staff of India.
